Platform Operation

We're looking for an individual with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills who will in charge in identify the platforms' process from acquisition to retention. Partner closely with Brand Partnership & Campaign, you will be responsible for implementing programs.

Job Responsibilities: 

- Identify Platforms process from Acquisition to Retentions
- Prepare the documents and socialize the standard platform process
- Monitor the implementations of each process
- Support Acquisition & Brand Partnership and Campaign to implement the program, especially on fields
- Work with related team to ensure adequate support to implement the Programs

Job Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Management and Bussiness is preferrable
- Min. 2 years experience in Merchant Support, Sales Support or Business Support
Coming from Tech Industries are preferable. Retail, FMCG, Telco, E-Commerce
- Ability to Manage Team is mandatory, this role requires good people and task management
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Data Minded Performance with strong exposure to the fields
- Performance-Oriented with strong Process Management
- Familiar with Visio
