- Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and revenue
- Created a business plan and strategic plan to get sales achievement target.
- Identifies and grab opportunities B2B segment
- Leading team to ensure Business Development team are achieve their revenue target
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, Head of sales or a relevant role
- Previous experience in building B2B partnership
- Excellence communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership to encourage and ensure team performance
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
