Our platform focuses on giving a wide range of digital solutions for Indonesia’s UMKM/MSME. We offer various services to UMKM business owners so they can have access to a sustainable and reliable supply chain, financial improvement, and other various strategies to Sourcing, Scale Up, and Sustain their business.
- Develop business plans based on knowledge and insight, and develop actionable strategies and tactics to drive top and bottom-line growth
- Assist with the planning and development of branding communications, advertising, promotional, and PR programs to enhance sales of our Homebrand (Primero, etc)
- Conduct and analyze market research data to define product positioning, as well as monitor competitive activity and identify consumer needs
- Work closely and at times lead projects with sales, finance, creative, R&D, operations, and logistics as part of a cross-functional team.
- Track competitive positioning, products, brands, marketing and promotion activities, and spending.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required, MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as Brand Manager in FMCG Industry (min. 3 years)
- Good at problem-solving & ability to manage projects and people
- A passion for numbers and the ability to conduct market analysis
