Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. This position will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with Buyer and Seller. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relation will help us to maintain relationships with existing Seller and Buyer also engage with prospective Seller and Buyer
  • Discover needs and concerns, demonstrate which of our platforms or programs can best meet those needs
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Create programs to increase Seller and Buyer engagement
  • Working together closely with Merchandising to Marketing to ensure Product Ralali is active and ready to launch

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years working experience in sales, management, key account management, business development
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Goal-oriented, able to organize team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff, able to mentor and lead
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
