Customer Technical Support

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support to provide assistance to our customers. We need individuals who demonstrate customer obsessed value and actions. This job position requires you to diagnose and solve technical related issues from customers regarding our product and services in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Research and identify solutions to solve technical issues
  • Communicate with clients in case of their issues and provide clear steps on how to solve them
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and if the systems are fully functional
  • Ensure all issues and feedbacks are properly logged and reported to engineering division
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
  • Having a minimum 1 year working experience in the same position
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products 
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and also Excel/Google Sheet pivot tables
  • Able to prove clear step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Possess a great communication and interpersonal skills in order to assist and maintain good relations with customers
