We're looking for individuals with extensive knowledge in merchant landscape and consumer demands. Partner closely with product team to improve loyalty features. Strong analytical skills and high interpersonal skills are required. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive targets for loyalty initiatives and the overall agenda
  • Create, execute and track loyalty program 
  • Working closely with product team to improve loyalty features
  • Manage loyalty budget and develop new program features, promo & initiatives to increase seller productivity
  • Effectively manage the ongoing program and existing initiatives - implement, enhance and drive the adoption of our loyalty program and technologies to increase customer loyalty
  • Manage Exporium and meet the sales target

Job Requirements 

  • Min. 2 years of BD experience with existing account resources and experience in account management. Preferably from tech/marketplace industry
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal) is mandatory 
  • Good understanding of the merchant landscape and consumer demands 
  • Good communication and sales skills
  • Good understanding on marketplace seller management 
  • Familiar with CRM, CMS and excellent in Microsoft office/google services skill 
  • Strong analytical thinking and business perspective
