Business Development & Partnership

We are hiring individuals who have effective strategic and interpersonal skills. Business Development & partnership will involve in cultivate a good relationship with existing Partners and approaching ideal and potential Partners. 


  • Identifying potential partnership opportunities, prioritizing, and acquire sellers in targeted categories.
  • Drive and manage the partnership from end-to-end, from cold calls/emails through ongoing account management. 
  • Collaborate with management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal team to facilitate cross-selling & monetization.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
  • Map out the key accounts and high potential accounts in the category through different information channels (Competitor data, industry data, etc).
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
  • Initiate campaign with seller & partners. 


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. 
  • Min. 2 years of BD & Partnership experience with existing account resources and experience in account management (preferable from tech or marketplace industry).
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa (both written & verbal) is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of the merchant landscape and consumer demands. 
  • Good communication and sales skills.
  • Good understanding of marketplace seller management.
  • Familiar with CRM, CMS, and excellent skills in Ms. Office/Google Service skill.
  • Strong analytical thinking & business perspective.
