We are looking for high strategic thinking sales and individuals with a leadership skill to increase business revenue. You will also engage in developing business opportunities and expand the company’s presence and its units. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging a strong partnership with clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and revenue 

  • Identifies and grab opportunities B2B segment 

  • Leading team to ensure Business Development team are achieve their revenue target 

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Head of sales, or a relevant role

  • Clinic/Healthcare Industry

  • Previous experience in building B2B partnership 

  • Strong verbal english communication 

  • Excellence communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong leadership to encourage and ensure team performance 

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills preferably

  • Have an extensive network of healthcare is an added value
