Business Process Improvement

  1. Evaluate, analyze, and improve the effectiveness of various initiatives which may include business process analysis, data analysis, and change management.
  2. Design and implement initiatives by applying process improvement techniques and methodology to improve efficiencies, reduce waste, and improve the user experience.
  3. Collaborate with department representatives to identify potential solutions for inefficiency, bottlenecks, or waste.
  4. Collect and analyze data that support recommendations and best practices to department representatives on initiatives to drive continuous process improvement.
  5. Create documentation for internal policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Hands-on experience in process improvement is required (e.g business process mapping & re-engineering, continuous improvement) 

Day to Day Operation

1. Melakukan monitoring dan review secara berkala untuk memastikan setiap

proses internal berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal dan objektif yang ada

2. Melakukan monitoring untuk setiap pencapaian dari tiap department divisi

platform agar sesuai dengan objektif dari divisi platform

3. Melakukan alignment berkala untuk semua department didalam divisi platform

untuk mencapai objektif platform

4. Melakukan enhancement secara berkala dari setiap process yang sudah berjalan


Quality Control

1. Memastikan setiap process yang sudah ada berjalan sesuai dengan timeline dan

objektif

2. Memastikan setiap department aware dengan pencapaian angka yang sudah

ada dan memastikan ada action plan dari masing-masing department tersebut
