Planning, developing, and implementing reward management program and system, including company pay structure, bonus, and compensation program. This role should ensure the best services is provided to support the company's growth.


Job Responsibility:

- Develop and maintain company pay structure

- Prepare employee's onboarding (end-to-end)

- Design and implement Total Reward System

- Design and improve all employee policies, including internal memos and Company Policy

- Review, prepare, and release reference letters, mutation letters, recommendation letters, and contracts for employees

- Prepare accommodation (hotel, apartment, or house rental) for employees attending a business trip to or from Jakarta

- Prepare, review, and monitor all employee benefits (insurance, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

- Prepare and release other relevant documents (Wajib Lapor, KITAS, Internal Audit/BPA)

- Process end-to-end of payroll cycle until release 1721A1

- Conduct reconciliation to ensure the finalization of 1721A1

- Prepare Investor Report



Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Resources Management or Technology System from reputable university

- Min. 5 years experience in HR Operations related compensation and benefit

- Experience on UU Ketenagakerjaan, PPH21, Salary Review and Grading, BPJS, Insurance, E-SPT, PPH 21

- Experience on HRIS System

- Fast and proactive learner, with a passion for work

- Have a good analytical, leadership, and communication skills

- Detail oriented and problem solving
