Seller Account Management

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Seller Management to maintain solid relationships with Seller. In this position, Key Account Seller Management will involve in delivering happiness and loyalty to our Seller.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Marketplace operations
  • Supporting Seller onboarding and incubation process
  • Maintaining relationships with Sellers and building strategic plans to increase Sellers performance
  • Execute strategy and initiative for the Marketplace platform
  • Work closely with campaign and marketing team to execute campaign program

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in either e-commerce or business development related role
  • Exceptional negotiations, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Availability joining as soon as possible preferably
