Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
  • Devise long-term development strategies for each category
  • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products and category
  • Foster trust relationships with Sellers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
  • Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets Buyers and Market demands
  • Determine the positioning of each category to maximize visibility and traction for both Sellers and Buyers
  • Liaise with related teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of each category
  • Collaborate with buyers and business development to complete, grow and expand categories
  • Make forecasts for market trend and opportunity demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
  • Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category

Job Requirements:

  • Team Player, high Initiative, agile and resilient
  • Proven working experience in merchandising, business development, and category management
  • Minimum of five years of working experience in merchandising, business development, and or category management
  • Up-to-date with the latest category trends and best practices
  • Have financial knowledge, B2B, and retail business management are preferable
  • Able to do analysis, convert to the attractive deck, and convince the Sellers.
  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Excellence communication in Bahasa & English
