Job Description:
Develop a growth strategy to achieve targeted amount of locations
Arrange business meetings with prospective partners and negotiating the best terms for the company
Ensure the dealing process is smooth
Assist in opening new retail locations
Provide trustworthy feedback
Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners
Proven experience in leading a team
Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords
Coordinate with finance team for analyzing and calculating profitability sheet and ROI aspect for Decision making process
Having an effective network with IPC, Consultants etc - Formulated Strategic Plans to expand the network across the assigned territory in line with Company strategy.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field
Proven experience in fostering partnership and dealing with building management
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Having background based in FMCG is an added value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Eager to learn new things and is not afraid of failure
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Excellent interpersonal relationship building
Willing to grow into the expansion team by taking on responsibilities and deliver accordingly
