  • Work closely with partners, includes: approaching, visiting, acquiring, and maintaining relationships
  • Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Proactively hunt for targeted company/business and establish communications with that business that can benefit from our product/services
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Archives business objectives for growth & profit of the company
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


  • Min. 2 years experience as a Business Development, Account Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English & Bahasa
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field from a reputable university.
