About The Job:

We are looking for Business Development to work closely with our Commercial and  Sales teams. You're responsible to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. It's an added value if you have experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a client contact until signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.


What you’ll do:

  • Acquire business users to onboard and start transaction on Ralali platform
  • Help the businesses to grow by offering solutions through Ralali ecosystem (Solution-based Selling)
  • Lead the analytical and conceptual problem solving initiatives  
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Act as Ralali representative in the area (have a comprehensive understanding of Ralali ecosystem products and features)

What you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development, Sales Account Executive or similar role in Horeca, Banking/Leasing/Multifinance field
  • Track record of achieving sales target
  • Understanding of Solution Based Selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
