Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and strategy by role. This position will be responsible to manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and has a passion for people.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with leaders to get a clear view of a company hiring needs and organizational goals
- Implement various recruitment strategies to recruit the right talent for current and future business needs by utilizing online job postings, career fairs, networking events, partnership, and social media
- Implement end-to-end recruitment process; from initial sourcing, filtering and screening process, up to the candidate’s offering stage
- Ensure a good candidate experience in the recruitment process
- Assist with the on-boarding process to ensure each candidate is ready and excited to start
- Coordinate with HCBP and Reward & Services team to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Culture and Marketing team to create employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
- Min. 3 years experience in a related field (preferably from Tech Company and/or Head Hunter)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
