Key Account (Seller Management)

Our platform focuses on giving a wide range of digital solutions for Indonesia’s UMKM/MSME. We offer various services to UMKM business owners so they can have access to a sustainable and reliable supply chain, financial improvement, and other various strategies to Sourcing, Scale Up, and Sustain their business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Marketplace operations
  • Supporting Seller onboarding and incubation process
  • Maintaining relationships with Sellers and building strategic plans to increase Sellers performance
  • Execute strategy and initiative for the Marketplace platform
  • Work closely with campaign and marketing team to execute campaign program

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in either e-commerce or business development related role
  • Exceptional negotiations, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Availability joining ASAP will be also in priority
