We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with Buyer. In this position, Key Account Manager will involve in delivering happiness and loyalty to our Buyer.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Marketplace operations
  • Supporting Buyer onboarding process
  • Maintaining relationships with Buyer and build strategic plans to increase Buyer performance
  • Execute strategy and initiative for Buyer retention or engagement program
  • Work closely with campaign and marketing team to increase Buyer participation in campaign program

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in either e-commerce or business development related role
  • Exceptional negotiations, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Availability joining as soon as possible preferably
