Customer Experience

We are looking for Customer Experience that excels in meeting customers' expectations, from answering questions on products and services to processing orders. You should assist in investigating issues that arise and resolving conflict from customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Generating sales leads.
  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Building good relationships with customers.
  • Resolving complaints and following up on resolutions.
  • Identifying customers' needs.
  • Meeting sales objectives.
  • Following procedures and policies
Job Requirements:
  • Min 1 year experience in the related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and display effective time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, positive and helpful
  • Ability to work toward achieving set targets
  • Willing to be placed at Jakarta Barat
